Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a paper treatment agent using a moisturizing agent which can impart a good feeling to paper together with moist feeling and can easily suppress separation of paper treatment agent, and a method for improving a texture of paper.SOLUTION: A method for producing a treatment agent for paper according to the present invention is a method for producing a treatment agent for paper containing a humectant as a main ingredient, characterized by adding an emulsion. Examples of the emulsion include an oil-in-water emulsion, a cosmetic such as a creamy, milky lotion, liquid or gel, or an elastic body. An emulsion having a strain value between 0.1% and 200% at a phase angle with respect to a strained stress is 45° is preferably used.SELECTED DRAWING: None
