Title:
OPTOELECTRONIC SENSOR AND METHOD OF DEFLECTING LIGHT BEAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020046424
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To improve light beam deflection with stacked switchable blazed diffraction gratings.SOLUTION: An optoelectronic sensor (10) is provided having a light receiver (30), reception optics (26, 28) arranged upstream of the light receiver (30), and a control and evaluation unit (32). The reception optics (26, 28) have a beam deflection device (26) having a plurality of switchable blazed diffraction gratings of different grating constants arranged one behind another. The control and evaluation unit (32) is configured to switch a blazed diffraction grating on and off in accordance with a desired deflection angle of the beam deflection device (26). At least two blazed diffraction gratings have the same grating constants but mutually different blaze angles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
