To accurately calculate a total moment of inertia of an upper structure, an attachment and a transportation object in a state where an upper structure is revolved.SOLUTION: A controller (40) calculates an assumed revolving acceleration αassume based on an assumed moment of inertia Iassume and a detected revolving torque Treal detected by a revolving torque detection portion (24) in revolving acceleration of an upper structure 13 with respect to a lower structure 11 (step S42).
