Abstract:
To provide a method for simultaneously amplifying plural nucleic acid regions of an object with one reaction volume, and a method for selecting a primer library for use in the amplification method, and provide a primer library having a desired property such as minimum formation of an amplification primer dimer or other non-target amplification product.SOLUTION: The invention provide a method for amplifying a target gene locus in a nucleic acid sample, comprising: (a) a step for bringing the nucleic acid sample into contact with a test primer library which hybridizes simultaneously to at least different 1000 target gene loci, for producing a reaction mixture; and (b) a step for subjecting the reaction mixture to a primer extension reaction condition for producing an amplification product including a target amplification product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
