Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of obtaining a stable photometric result, when imaging a moving subject.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 detects a subject area on the basis of the angular velocity of the imaging apparatus 100 and a motion vector detected from a captured image and performs weighting to data acquired from a plurality of photometric areas set to an imaging area, to calculate a photometric value. The imaging apparatus 100 increases a weight for the data acquired from the photometric area corresponding to the detected subject area among the plurality of photometric areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
