Abstract:
To provide a heat sink capable of being more reduced in size and weight than before and being excellent in heat radiation efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat sink includes a base 1 having a flat base body section 1a, and a plurality of heat radiation fins 10 arranged along a depth direction T1 of the base 1, aligned in a width direction T2 of the base 1, and integrally attached to the base body section 1a. The heat radiation fin 10 has a belt-like fixing plate section fixed to one surface 1c of the base body section 1a, first fin sections 12 and 13 projecting from one side end along the depth direction T1 of the fixing plate section in a direction crossing the fixing plate section and extending in the depth direction T1, and a second fin section 14 extending in a width direction T2 from a tip of a projecting direction of the first fin section 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
