Abstract:
To provide a protective film having sufficient scratch resistance by having a hard coat layer on the surface, allowing rework to a smooth adherend by providing a silicone adsorption layer on a surface stuck to the adherend, and capable of preventing the squeeze-out of the silicone adsorption layer and the floating of a separator from the silicone adsorption layer and the like during punch processing.SOLUTION: The protective film comprises: a silicone adsorption layer using silicone as a main component and laminated on a base material film; a hard coat layer cured by irradiating an acrylic UV curable resin with UV on the surface opposite to the surface of the base material film having the silicone adsorption layer; and a peelable separator on the silicone adsorption layer. The total thickness except for the separator of the protective film is 60-240 μm, the breakage stress of a portion except for the separator of the protective film by a tensile test is 75-180 N/mm, and the thickness of the hard coat layer is 2 μm or more and 10 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
