Abstract:
To provide fermentation extracts of lactic acid bacteria comprising products produced by lactic acid bacteria, which exert in the body bactericidal effect against so-called bad bacteria as well as anti-aging effect without using chemicals (synthetic chemical substances) by adding a mixture to the extract.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a composition of lactic acid bacteria products using a lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract, where the composition further comprises an extract of fruits of Ume (a fruit tree of the Rosaceae) at 22% or more by weight ratio, and the lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract is derived from fermented brown sugar, tofu refuse or soybean. The lactic acid bacteria fermentation extract may contain 377 mg/L to 566 mg/L of peptides. Also the extract may contain deep sea water, and at least one or more extracts selected from an extract of a Rosaceae plant, a hibiscus extract, a cranberry extract, a pomegranate extract, an olive (leaf, fruit, flower) extract, a camellia seed extract, a camellia flower extract, a perilla seed extract and a tea tree fruit extract at a weight ratio of 0.03-5%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
