Abstract:
To provide a linear motion guide unit that forms a sleeve forming a return path by using a high-temperature resistance resin material, and can be used under a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: This linear motion guide unit is configured such that a space 22 for a grease reservoir 27 is formed in a sleeve 5 into which a fitting insertion hole 10 formed in a casing 3 is inserted. The sleeve 5 is made of a thermoplastic resin whose heat deformation temperature exceeds 80°C. The sleeve 5 is formed by combining divided circular members 25 obtained by dividing a cylindrical member into two along a longitudinal direction, and on an inner peripheral surface 16 of the divided circular member 25, a plurality of grooves 20 are formed so as to be cut perpendicularly to a divided surface 26 that serves as the space 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
