Abstract:
To reduce a moving speed of a piston which is moved to an area near a stroke end.SOLUTION: When a piston rod (7b) engages with an inner peripheral wall of a first housing hole (6) through a first sealing member (14), a first fluid chamber (12a) is formed. One end (15a) of a first communication passage (15) communicates with a first operation chamber (8) and the other end (15b) of the first communication passage (15) communicates with the first fluid chamber (12a). A pressure fluid in the first operation chamber (8) is discharged slowly through the first communication passage (15) provided with a first orifice part (15d). Thus, a discharge amount of the pressure fluid is reduced to reduce a moving speed of a piston.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
