Abstract:
To provide a coating device capable of inspecting whole quantity of bubbles included in a coating liquid and capable of achieving a liquid quality stability.SOLUTION: A coating device 1 comprises: an agitation vessel 2 agitating a coating liquid 10; a die head 3 injecting the agitated coating liquid 10; a pipe 4 connecting the agitation vessel 2 with the die head 3; a manometer 6 measuring a pressure of the coating liquid 10 flowing in the pipe 4; a reflux pipe 9 making the coating liquid 10 reflux to the agitation vessel 2 from the downstream side of the manometer 6 in the pipe 4; and a control part 5 controlling the flow direction of the coating liquid 10 on the basis of the result measured by the manometer 6. The control part 5 feeds the coating liquid 10 to the die head 3 when determining that the result measured by the manometer 6 is within a prescribed range and makes the coating liquid 10 reflux to the vessel 2 when determining that the result measured by the manometer 6 is out of the prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
