Abstract:
To provide a cooking container capable of achieving an excellent baking result on both a top face and an undersurface of a cooked material without needing a process for stopping an upper burner and operating only a lower burner to an automatic cooking process.SOLUTION: In a cooking container, an upper container 51 and a lower container 52 mutually swing with a hinge part 60 as a rotation axial center so that the state can be changed between (a) a container closed state in which a lower side surface 51y of the upper container is roughly opposed to an upper side surface 52y of the lower container with a predetermined interval, and (b) a container open state in which the lower side surface of the upper container and the upper side surface of the lower container are open with the hinge part as a spindle. The cooking container includes a container closed state maintaining tool 70 for restraining transition from the container closed state to the container open state, and maintaining the upper container and the lower container in the container closed state.
