Abstract:
To provide a protective film for vehicle exterior excellent in weather resistance, good in molding stretchability and scratch resistance of a surface, and capable of protecting an exterior of a vehicle over long time, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a protective film 10 for vehicle exterior having a substrate layer 14 having no urethane bond in a molecule and containing a thermoplastic resin having softening point in a range of 40°C to 150°C, a skin layer 12 arranged on one side surface of the substrate layer 14 and having haze of 20% or less, and variation of haze before and after a test is conducted under a condition with irradiance:78.5 W/m, with surface spray, black panel temperature:63°C±3°C, humidity:50±5% RH for 3000 hrs. of 50% or less, an adhesive layer 16 arranged in an opposite side to the skin layer 12 of the substrate layer 14, and a protective sheet 18 arranged in an opposite side to the substrate layer 14 of the adhesive layer 16, and a manufacturing method therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
