Abstract:
To provide a resin composition for embolism capable of enhancing productivity, and downsizing an igniter by thinning a thickness of embolism by enhancing strength of the embolism at high temperature, capable of surely preventing an electrode pin from jumping-out, securing sealability between the embolism and the electrode pin, and further capable of maintaining the sealability without deterioration in a heat cycle test, and the igniter and a gas generator using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for embolism used for an igniter having a resistance heating element, explosive with ignition by heat generation of the resistance heating element, and an electrode pin connected to the resistance heating element, and containing a curing agent having (A) an epoxy resin and (B) nitrogen (N) in the molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
