Title:
SOCKS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020084370
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a sock which can be easily put on even though at least a first toe (thumb) can be inserted separately from other toes.SOLUTION: A sock 100 is formed of a cylindrical knitted fabric from a wearing opening 110 disposed at an opening part through a heel part 130 to a toe part 150. The toe part 150 comprises a first tiptoe portion 161 for holding at least the thumb separated from other tiptoes (four tiptoes other than the thumb) and other tiptoe portions for holding other tiptoes. The toe part 150 including a tiptoe part 160 is knitted using a knitting yarn containing a heat-fusible fiber. A region A corresponding to the toe part 150 is heat-set, and thereby the toe part 150 (particularly, the tiptoe part 160) has a shape stability higher than the regions other than the toe part 150 of the sock 100 in an unused state, and the shape of the toe part 150 (particularly, the tiptoe part 160) can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
