To more accurately determine a volatilization level of a volatile liquid.SOLUTION: A volatile liquid determination device includes: an imaging section for imaging a tank for storing a volatile liquid; an extraction section for extracting a gas cloud formed by volatilization of the volatile liquid on the basis of the image captured by the imaging section; a calculation section for calculating a gas cloud area which is an area in an image of the gas cloud; and a determination section for determining a volatilization level of the volatile liquid on the basis of the gas cloud area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
