Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a silk fibroin molded article capable of controlling a ratio of an α-helix structure and a β-sheet structure in the silk fibroin molded article, and to provide a silk fibroin film which contains many β-seat structures compared with the α-helix structure, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a silk fibroin molded article including: a first step of spreading a silk fibroin solution containing a fluorine-containing solvent onto a substrate; and a second step of drying the silk fibroin solution on the substrate while controlling temperature and relative humidity. It is preferable that, in the second step, temperature is 10°C or higher and 120°C or lower and relative humidity is 5% or more and 95% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
