Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a soft magnetic sheet that can reduce surface irregularities and thin the thickness even when cracking is performed to achieve a predetermined μ'.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a soft magnetic sheet, a resin film is attached to a soft magnetic ribbon made of a nanocrystalline alloy to form a laminate 7, and an external force is applied to at least one surface of the laminate by a cracking roll 10 to form a plurality of cracks in the soft magnetic ribbon. After that, at least one surface of the laminate is subjected to a flattening step of applying pressure with a pressure roll.
