Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a composite capable of adhering members to each other using a photo-curable resin composition having the property of filling a gap between members on the order of microns.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a composite includes: a step 1 of filling a gap between members 1 and 2 with a photo-curable resin composition; and a step 2 of light-curing the filled photo-curable resin composition to bind the members 1 and 2. A width of the gap is between 30 and 1,000 μm. The photo-curable resin composition has a liquid-gel transition temperature (Tc) between 0 and 150°C or has a Tc and is thixotropic at the temperature Tc or lower and has a HAZE value of 1.0 or less. If the gap is filled with the photo-curable resin composition at the temperature Tc or higher or if the photo-curable resin composition is thixotropic at a temperature lower than Tc, the gap may be filled with the photo-curable resin composition at a temperature less than Tc.SELECTED DRAWING: None
