Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a polyimide resin capable of controlling a molecular weight.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a polyimide resin includes: a process (I) of obtaining an intermediate product (K), including a step (A) of reacting a diamine compound with a carboxylic acid compound having three or more carbonyl groups; a process (II) of measuring viscosity A of a reaction system after the process (I); and a process (III) of comparing the viscosity A and a target viscosity range of the reaction system and confirming whether the viscosity A is the target viscosity range or not.SELECTED DRAWING: None
