Abstract:
To provide a settlement support system, a settlement support device and a settlement support method, which can support improvement of operation efficiency of a facility.SOLUTION: A settlement support system includes: an acceptance processing unit which accepts a settlement approval operation for a charged sum for a user through a portable terminal of the user of a facility; a settlement processing unit which performs settlement processing for the charged sum when accepting the settlement approval operation; and a notification processing unit which performs notification processing in at least one of the portable terminal and a shop terminal provided in the facility when a specification time elapses after the settlement approval operation is accepted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
