Abstract:
To provide a method which is particularly suited for use in mass production of toothed gear workpieces, and to provide a corresponding measuring/inspection device.SOLUTION: A device 210 for inspecting and/or measuring a toothed gear workpiece 10 comprises: a first workpiece spindle for fixing and rotationally driving the toothed gear workpiece 10; a rotation drive part M1 for rotationally driving the toothed gear workpiece 10 when the toothed gear workpiece 10 is fixed to the first workpiece spindle; and measuring means 40 for inspecting and/or measuring the toothed gear workpiece 10 when the toothed gear workpiece 10 is fixed to the first workpiece spindle. In the rotation drive part M1, the measuring means 40 is used on one hand for inspecting and/or measuring the toothed gear workpiece 10, while on the other hand, the rotation drive part is designed to comprise the first workpiece spindle to rotationally drive the toothed gear workpiece 10 in a measuring and/or inspecting stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2C
