Abstract:
To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having an intermediate layer including oxidized silicon as a main component, and excellent in the adhesion and water resistance of an insulation film.SOLUTION: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes an intermediate layer formed on and in direct contact with a surface of a mother steel sheet and including oxidized silicon as a main component, and an insulation film formed on a surface of the intermediate layer.
