Abstract:
To detect changes of installation states of a robot arm and an imaging section.SOLUTION: A control device is used for a working system including: a working robot which has an inspection mark and a robot arm for performing a prescribed work on a workpiece; and an imaging section which is provided outside the working robot and captures a part or all of a working range of the working robot. The control device has a control section which acquires a measurement coordinate of the inspection mark by moving the robot arm to a prescribed coordinate and capturing the inspection mark by the imaging section and executes inspection processing for causing a storage section to store a difference between the measurement coordinate and a prescribed reference coordinate and/or the measurement coordinate by being included in recording information in each prescribed timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
