Abstract:
To suppress component counts and man-hours without impairing the position accuracy of a separation member relative to a heating unit.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a separation plate 61 located at a fixed position where, when a heating unit 30 is located at a loading position, a sheet approaching or coming in contact with a fixing belt 31 and having passed through a fixing nip part is separated from the fixing belt 31, or when the heating heat unit 30 leaves a housing, located at a movement start position apart from the fixed position, and capable of moving between the fixed position and the movement start position; and a tension spring for urging the separation plate 61 toward the movement start position from the fixed position. When the heating unit 30 is loaded into the housing, the separation plate 61 is moved from the movement start position to the fixed position resisting the tension spring by the heating unit 30 due to the fact that the heating unit 30 is guided by a guide part 24 while being in contact with a portion of a separation unit 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
