Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic relay that allows a user to easily inspect the airtightness of a terminal adhesion surface with a structure in which the terminal adhesion surface is airtight and a resin cover has an open structure.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnetic driving unit, an electrical contact unit, a terminal connected to the electromagnetic driving unit and the electrical contact unit, and a case having an internal space that accommodates the electromagnetic driving unit and the electrical contact unit, and the case includes a bottom wall through which the terminal is inserted, and a peripheral wall that is connected to the bottom wall to form an internal space, and seals a space between the terminal and the bottom wall and a space between the bottom wall and the peripheral wall, a ventilation hole communicating with the internal space is provided in the peripheral wall, and a hardened adhesive that closes the ventilation hole is fixed to the outer surface of the peripheral wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
