Abstract:
To solve the problem that in a conventional method for determining application amounts of transparent recording materials from a color of a patch, high accuracy cannot be obtained because measured results sometimes show similar colors although the application amounts of the transparent recording materials differ largely.SOLUTION: A configuration that determines application amounts of transparent recording materials from reflection intensity of a patch can achieve measured results showing that a relation between the application amounts of the transparent recording materials and the reflection intensity increases one-dimensionally, which enables the application amounts to be determined with high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
