Abstract:
To provide a control device capable of easily detecting characteristic variation of a control object.SOLUTION: The control device includes an acquisition unit which acquires a measured value of an output of the control object, and a detection unit which detects variation in a value of a physical quantity (e.g. vibration frequency) of the control object relating to the vibration of the output of the control object. The detection unit calculates a prediction value of an output of the control object by using a control object model for each of the plurality of control object models respectively created by using different values of the physical quantity. Further, the detection unit detects variation of values of the physical quantity on the basis of the result of comparison of prediction error between the measured values and respective prediction values of the plurality of control object models.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
