Abstract:
To improve isolation performance between output ports.SOLUTION: A high-frequency amplifier circuit comprises a first amplifier circuit, a second amplifier circuit and a noise index improving circuit. The high-frequency amplifier circuit comprises a single output mode in which an amplified signal is output from one of the first amplifier circuit and the second amplifier circuit, and a split output mode in which an amplified signal is output from both of the first amplifier circuit and the second amplifier circuit. The first amplifier circuit is configured by cascode connection between: a first transistor whose source is grounded via a first source inductor and whose gate is applied with an input signal; and a gate-grounded third transistor that outputs from its drain a signal obtained by amplifying a signal output from a drain of the first transistor. The second amplifier circuit comprises a circuit element having a circuit constant similar to that of the first amplifier circuit. The noise index improving circuit connects between the source of the first transistor and a source of a second transistor of the second amplifier circuit via a capacitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
