Abstract:
To meet two contradictory demands for high heat conduction and high electrical insulation at a high level.SOLUTION: Filler consists of mixed particles including small-sized filler with a small average primary particle diameter Dand large-sized filler with a large average primary particle diameter D. A ratio of the average primary particle diameter of the small-sized filler to that of the large-sized filler D/Dis 2×10to 3×10, and volume resistivity of the mixed particles is 2×10Ω m or more. In addition, a mixing ratio of the small-sized filler is 0.5 to 40 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of the mixed particles. Further, the small-sized filler particles adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the large-sized filler particles, and the small-sized filler particles are standing in a row as a rosary in cavities between large-sized filler particles, so that a three-dimensional network structure is formed by the small-sized filler particles in the cavities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
