Abstract:
To improve workability of maintenance of a cold head.SOLUTION: A disassembling method for a cold head 22 is provided. The cold head 22 comprises a displacer 40 extending in an axial direction, a cylinder 36 housing the displacer 40, and a displacer driving part 42 fastened to the cylinder 36, and connected to the displacer 40 so as to drive the displacer 40 in the axial direction. The disassembling method comprises fitting a lift-up jig 70 to the displacer driving part 42, unfastening the displacer driving part 42 and the cylinder 36, and operating the lift-up jig 70 so that the displacer driving part 42 is lifted together with the displacer 40 from the cylinder 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
