Abstract:
To solve a trouble in a position resetting of a waterproof plug without separating a conductive exposure part.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electric wires with a waterproof plug, comprises: a first step of making a whole cut 1 to an insulation coating Wb of an electric wire W; a second step of inserting a tip part of the electric wire W into which the whole cut 1 is made into a cylindrical waterproof plug 10 in a state an insulation coating Wb1 on a top side of the whole cut 1 remains, and mounting the waterproof plug 10 to an outer periphery of the insulation coating Wb of the electric wire W so that a position where the cut 1 is made is positioned at the top side from the waterproof plug 10; and a third step of peeling-off the insulation coating Wb1 on the top side from the cut 1 to form a conductive exposure part Wa1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
