Abstract:
To provide a pure water generator capable of easily regenerating an ion exchange resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a pure water generator, including: an ion exchange module that has a first ion exchanger containing a first ion exchange resin and a second ion exchanger containing a second ion exchange resin and purifies water supplied from a water supply source; a first regenerated liquid supply source that supplies a first regenerated liquid that regenerates the first ion exchange resin to the first ion exchanger; a second regenerated liquid supply source that supplies a second regenerated liquid that regenerates the second ion exchange resin to the second ion exchanger; a switching unit that performs switching between supply of water from the water supply source to the first ion exchanger and supply of the first regenerated liquid from the first regenerated liquid supply source to the first ion exchanger, and performs switching between supply of water from the first ion exchanger to the second ion exchanger and supply of the second regenerated liquid from the second regenerated liquid supply source to the second ion exchanger; and a purity measuring instrument that measures a purity of water purified by the ion exchange module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
