Abstract:
To provide a powder-compact magnetic core material which is superior in productivity, and which enables the achievement of a low cost.SOLUTION: A powder-compact magnetic core material comprises: soft magnetic powder; an insulating coat which the surface of the soft magnetic powder is covered with; thermoplastic resin powder arranged on the surface of the insulating coat; low-melting-point glass powder arranged around the thermoplastic resin powder; and silica corpuscles arranged on the surface of the thermoplastic resin powder and low-melting-point glass powder. The silica corpuscles have a number-based average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or less, of which the blended amount is 1.0 wt% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
