Abstract:
To provide a transformer tank for facilitating bending processing of a flange on an upper part of the tank and improving sealing with a cover, and to provide a transformer.SOLUTION: In a transformer for inserting a packing between a flange 101a of an upper flange member 101 provided on an upper part of a tank side plate and a tank cover to cover it and sealing the upper flange member 101 and the tank cover with a cover tightening member, a notch 109 having a continuous joint surface with the packing is formed at a corner of the flange 101a, and a corner-by-corner piece 103 is disposed in the notch 109. A lower surface of the corner-by-corner piece 103 is welded to a hanging ear 105 attached to the upper flange member 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
