Abstract:
To provide a technique for a manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank, in which a fiber bundle can be wound at an appropriate position corresponding to a change in a thickness of the lower fiber winding layer, for each layer of the fiber winding layers to be formed.SOLUTION: A high-pressure tank is manufactured by repeatedly winding fibers at a winding reference angle around a tank body, that has dome portions at both ends of a cylindrical body portion, to form a fiber winding layer, in which a thickness of the fiber winding layer is measured at the dome portion. When a measured thickness is greater than or equal to a threshold, then an angle at which the fibers are wound next is shifted in a direction away from apex of the dome portion than the winding reference angle, and when the measured thickness is less than the threshold, then the angle at which the fibers are wound next is shifted in a direction getting close to the apex of the dome than the winding reference angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
