To provide an information processing system configured to reduce the probability of information leakage, an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing system including a terminal device and a client terminal to be connected to the terminal device over a network comprises: an acquisition unit which acquires location information of the terminal device and user information of the terminal device; a determination unit which determines whether to permit connection on the basis of first association information formed by associating connection permission information indicating whether to permit connection to the client terminal, the location information, and the user information, and the information acquired by the acquisition unit; and an application processing unit which applies, when the connection is permitted, application information representing information which is available to the client terminal, to the client terminal on the basis of second association information formed by associating the application information, the location information, and the user information, the information acquired by the acquisition unit, and a determination result of the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
