Abstract:
To provide a sliding door having an automatic closing mechanism that closes slowly when the sliding door is closed.SOLUTION: An inner sliding door (sliding door) 3 comprises a sliding door automatic closing mechanism 13 and a sliding door speed reduction mechanism 15. The sliding door automatic closing mechanism 13 moves the inner sliding door 3 in a closing direction by a biasing force of a spring 19 accumulated by a slider 17 moving in an opening/closing direction of the inner sliding door 3 when the inner sliding door 3 is opened. The sliding door speed reduction mechanism 15 reduces a closing speed of the inner sliding door 3 when a rack 12 provided in the opening/closing direction of the inner sliding door engages with a damper gear 23b provided in the slider 17 when the inner sliding door 3 is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
