Abstract:
To provide a display device capable of consumption power reduction, and a driving method for the display device.SOLUTION: A display device according to one embodiment includes: a first scan line; a second scan line; a signal line; a capacitance wire; and a pixel including a pixel electrode, a first transparent electrode connected to the capacitance wire, a second transparent electrode capacitively coupled with the pixel electrode, a first switch, and a second switch. The first transparent electrode is capacitively coupled with the second transparent electrode. The first switch is electrically connected to the signal line, the pixel electrode, and the first scan line. The second switch is electrically connected to the signal line, the second transparent electrode, and the second scan line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
