Abstract:
To form a molding having good quality for a shorter time.SOLUTION: A metal lamination molding method molds a three-dimensional molding 10 having a main surface 12 and an outer peripheral surface 13 spreading in a direction crossing the main surface 12 from an end of the main surface 12 by sequentially laminating a plurality of metal layers 11m. The metal lamination molding method includes a metal layer formation step of forming a plurality of weld beads 100 formed by arc welding on a table 2 having a formed surface 2f on which the metal layers 11m are formed so as to be aligned in a horizontal direction, and forming the metal layers 11m. The metal layer formation step includes a first end weld bead formation step of inclining the table 2 so that the formed surface 2f faces in a first inclination direction crossing a vertical direction Dv, and forming first end weld beads 100a so as to overlap center weld beads 100c positioned that is at the end and is above the vertical direction Dv, in the plurality of center weld beads 100c formed in the center part weld bead formation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
