Abstract:
To be able to charge and discharge a storage battery for as long as possible.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system 10 operates a hydrogen manufacturing device 13 with power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device 11 when the power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 11 is greater than power consumed by a load, while storing dump power in a storage battery 12; and operates the hydrogen manufacturing device 13 with the power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 11 and discharged power of the storage battery 12 when the power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 11 is less than the power consumed by the hydrogen manufacturing device 13. The photovoltaic power generation system comprises: a power storage amount measuring device 16 for measuring a power storage amount of the storage battery 12; and a controller 17 which sets the power consumption of the hydrogen production device 13 based on values measured by the power storage amount measuring device 16 and which causes the hydrogen production device 13 to operate according to the set power consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
