Abstract:
To provide graphene increased in conductivity as to graphene produced from graphene oxide and a fabrication method thereof, and further provide an electrical storage device which enables the increase in charge/discharge capacity and has good electric characteristics including the reliability and durability, and a fabrication method thereof.SOLUTION: A method for producing graphene comprises the steps of: forming a layer containing graphene oxide on a first conductive layer; and supplying an electric potential, at which a reductive reaction of graphene oxide is caused, for an electric potential of the first conductive layer in an electrolyte solution in which the first conductive layer serving as an action electrode and a second conductive layer making a counter electrode are immersed. A fabrication method of an electrical storage device, which has at least, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte solution and a separator, comprises the step of producing graphene by the above method for one or each of the positive and negative electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
