Abstract:
To provide an electro-deposition liquid for forming a water dispersion type insulation film which is excellent in storage stability, suppresses an increase in viscosity of the electro-deposition liquid even in long-term storage, and can suppress generation of foaming when a coated film is dried or baked.SOLUTION: An electro-deposition liquid 11 contains polymer particles, an organic solvent, a basic compound and water, in which the polymer particles are a polyamideimide resin, the basic compound is a nitrogen-containing compound having an HSP distance between the basic compound and water of 35 or more, the basic compound is an alkylamine compound, the electro-deposition liquid further contains a poor solvent, and polyamideimide resin: organic solvent: poor solvent: water: basic compound=1-10 mass%: 60-79 mass%: remainder: 10-20 mass%: 0.05-0.3 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
