Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion element capable of suppressing a decrease in photoelectric conversion efficiency due to insufficient concentration of an alkali metal element in a photoelectric conversion layer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion element includes a first electrode layer forming step S1, a photoelectric conversion element forming step S2 of forming a photoelectric conversion layer having a group I element, a group III element, and a group VI element on the first electrode layer, a solution preparation step S4 of preparing a solution containing a carbonate ion or a hydrogen carbonate ion and an alkali metal ion, and a first solution contact step S5 of bring the photoelectric conversion layer into contact with the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
