To provide a seasoning liquid for deep-fried tofu having improved sweetness and umami as compared with conventional seasoning liquids, and a method for producing deep-fried tofu.SOLUTION: A method for producing a seasoning liquid for deep-fried tofu has a primary heating step (S100) for heating a seasoning base containing carbohydrate, soy sauce and liquor, a cooling step (S102) for cooling the heated seasoning base, and a secondary heating step (S104) for adding dashi to the cooled seasoning base for heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
