Abstract:
To provide a technique advantageous for acquiring signals from a plurality of regions of interest at high speed in AEC.SOLUTION: A radiography apparatus includes: a plurality of pixels; a plurality of drive circuits to which a plurality of row signal lines are connected to drive the plurality of pixels line by line; and a control unit. The control unit supplies a selection signal to a drive circuit group composed of two or more drive circuits, among a plurality of drive circuits, that drive detection pixels, in order to set, prior to irradiation, two or more detection pixels for measuring the dose of radiation incident from a plurality of pixels during irradiation. The control unit causes each of the drive circuits included in the drive circuit group to select a row signal line to which the detection pixel is connected from a plurality of row signal lines, and supplies a drive signal for driving a pixel connected to the row signal line selected from a plurality of row signal lines to each drive circuit included in the drive circuit group during irradiation, thereby acquiring a signal for measuring the dose of radiation incident from each of the detection pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
