Abstract:
To provide an adhesive film that uses an adhesive composition capable of forming an adhesive layer having performance of excellent reworkability and high adhesion in spite of a thin film.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains an acrylic polymer being a copolymer having an acid number of 0.1 or less and a weight average molecular weight of 1,000,000 or more produced by copolymerizing 100 pts.wt. of the total of (A) a monomer group composed of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having a C1 to C14 alkyl group and a (meth)acrylate monomer having an aromatic group and 0.1 to 3.5 pts.wt. of (B) a hydroxyl group-containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer free from a carboxyl group-containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer in which the acrylic copolymer contains a butyl acrylate in a ratio of at least 30 pts.wt. and a (meth)acrylate monomer having an aromatic group in a ratio of 5 to 20 pts.wt., and further contains an isocyanate compound in a ratio of 0.01 to 0.8 pt.wt. and a silane coupling agent in a ratio of 0.01 to 0.5 pt.wt..SELECTED DRAWING: None
