Abstract:
To provide a simple preparing method of an endless thread-like atelocollagen vitrigel and dried body thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for preparing thread including the steps of: twisting a first plate-like hydrogel dried body or a plate-like vitrigel dried body while being moistened with an aqueous solution to form threads; superposing an end part of the first plate-like hydrogel dried body or the plate-like vitrigel dried body left without forming threads with an end part of a second plate-like hydrogel dried body or the plate-like vitrigel dried body to form a joint part; and repeating twisting of the joint portion and the second plate-like hydrogel dried body or the plate-like vitrigel dried body while being moistened with the aqueous solution, thereby to obtain an endless thread-like vitrigel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
