Abstract:
To provide a ball conveyor capable of reducing the used amount of fluid such as cleaning fluid, and capable of sufficiently cleaning a component such as a sub ball arranged in a recessed part of a ball receiving member positioned inside the ball conveyor and preventing scattering of fluid such as cleaning fluid to the periphery of the ball conveyor.SOLUTION: The ball conveyor includes: a ball receiving member formed with a substantially semi-spherical recessed part; a plurality of sub balls arranged on the recessed part of the ball receiving member; a main ball arranged on the sub ball to be rotatable; a through hole formed on the ball receiving member and communicating the recessed part with the outside thereof; and fluid supply means for supplying fluid under a preset pressure to the inside of the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
