Abstract:
To secure reliability of electrical connection between a driver IC and a terminal in a curved display device.SOLUTION: A display device has a curved display region and a terminal region curved according to a curved shape of the display region, and a driver IC is mounted on the terminal region. An output bump is arranged along a first long side of the driver IC. An input bump is arranged along a second long side. In the terminal region, an output terminal 20 is formed corresponding to the output bump. An input terminal 30 is formed corresponding to the input bump. A plurality of dummy terminals 40 are formed outside the output terminal 20 and in parallel to a first short side of the driver IC. A plurality of dummy terminals 40 are formed outside the output terminal 20 and in parallel to a second short side of the driver IC. A length of the dummy terminal 40 in a direction parallel to the first long side of the driver IC is equal to or larger than a length perpendicular to the first long side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
